Makeup Products I’m Loving + Brow Tutorial

Under the guise of needing to do some serious blog research, I treated myself to a Sephora trip for some new makeup. Also – sometimes you just have to #TreatYoSelf 😉 I wanted to tell you all about the new makeup products I purchased that I have been loving this month and then also give a shout out to the ones that continue to impress me!

For the Brows

Benefit Brow Zings
This eyebrow product is great to fill in any sparse brows. Anyone a victim of their 12 year old self plucking away? There is a soft wax and shadow in the kit and they work great together! I usually mix the two and then just brush it along my brows and fill in any parts that need a little love. For the perfect brow, I also use…

Benefit Gimme Brow
I have made my love for Gimme Brow known on the blog before, but wanted to give it another shoutout. I still haven’t found any other product that works as well as this one, and why stray? It stays on great, without any strange clumping issues, and looks so natural. Check out the video for the brow tutorial.

For the Eyes

Nars Velvet Eye Shadow Stick in Oaxaca
This eyeshadow is awesome for the sake that you don’t need more then two seconds to apply it and go. I am super lazy when it comes to brushes, so this eyeshadow is perfect for me because no brush is needed! It just simply rolls on and stays put. I’ll definitely be going back for another color 🙂

Marc Jacobs Magic Marc’er Liquid Eyeliner
This liquid liner is perfect for cat eyes. The fine tip makes it easy to swipe across your lash line without it getting bulky if you make one or two mistakes. Trust me when I say it stays on quite well! After a grueling workout, there was no sign of liner dripping down my face, which is a huge win.

For the Lips

Estee Lauder Long Lasting Lipstick

I love Estee Lauder long lasting lipstick. You know why? They’re truly long lasting! As of late I’ve only let a lip stain touch my lips but realized how difficult that could be when your lips are chapped. This is a great creamy lipstick that actually stays on well and keeps my lips nice and hydrated.

For the Face

Now Solutions Argan Oil 

After watching Annie Jaffrey’s YouTube video on massaging your face, there was no chance that I wasn’t going to do exactly what she said. Watch her video and start massaging your face too! Let’s see what happens 🙂
